Following Fake Man

Twelve-year-old Homer Winthrop investigates the death of his mysterious father-- a neurologist who died of a neurological disease 10 years ago. While on a trip to the small town in Maine where his father once lived, Homer discovers a connection between his dad and an alleged smuggler, the fake man of the title, who although he is the same age as Homer`s father would be, disguises himself as someone much older.
