Yin / Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga was created by ancient Chinese monks to prepare them for meditation & enlightenment. In this program you will be introduced to its principles, learn about the energy meridians of the body & practices poses. All levels. Drop-ins welcome ($15 + HST per class).

Classes: 4 (Sunday, March 6, 13, 20, 27)
Length: 2 Hours
Notes: Dress comfortably & bring a mat.
