1. You will begin with a Chi Machine session to gently move your hips and body back & forth, working the lymph and muscles. Ten minutes on the Chi Machine is the same as 30 minutes normal exercise.

2. Next is a 35 minute Ionic Foot Bath to remove non-beneficial toxins from of the body. Along with some relaxing music, Cathryn will also provide you with some customized life coaching tips and advice.

3. This is then followed by a healing Reflexology treatment.

4. And while this treatment is being done, you will be lying on a specialized back-support massage table that has been covered with an Amethyst Bio Mat. The twenty-eight pounds of amethyst crystals sewn into this mat elevate pain and discomfort, in muscles and joints.
