Breath, Mantra, Mudra

In this workshop you be introduced to techniques that ancient yogis have practiced for thousands of years. You will learn how to align your energy bodies by combining the power of your breath (to connect with the source of life) with mantras (uni-verse = one sound) and mudras (physical connection). This will assist you in expressing, creating & embracing your full potential on many levels.
Notes: Handouts included. The class is done sitting on chairs.
