If you have never meditated or would like to update your meditation skills this class will introduce you to the purposes and benefits of a different meditation techniques. Meditation can help you to relax and relieve stress, sleep better and bring your attention to the present moment. You will participate in a variety of meditations and learn techniques for grounding, enhancing intuitive awareness and working with energy.
