We guarantee that we always have & always will give you the best price we possibly can. Therefore, if you ever notice that any of the books or products we carry are available at another store for a lower price, please let us know. We will be happy to match their price for you.*
* We can only apply this guarantee to regularly-priced items not sale or clearance merchandise. We can't compete with outlets like Costco or websites like Amazon because they get volume discounts that we don't qualify for. We will, however, always do the best we can, so please ask.
Special Orders
Is there a book you want that's not on our shelves. Let's us know and if it is still in print, we will do try and get it for you. Since there are hundreds of thousands of different titles available, including those from specialized publishers located in the United States & overseas, it can sometimes take 4 weeks or longer to get a book in (especially if the publisher is re-printing or if the book has to be imported). To acknowledge your patience & show you how much we appreciate you as a customer we would like to give you 10% off the retail price of the book if you prepay when you place the order. If the book is out-of-print or no longer available, we will gladly provide you with a full refund. If you change your mind after you pick up the book, you also have up to 2 weeks to bring it back for a refund. It's a win-win deal, no matter how you look at it!
Volume Orders
If you are a practitioner or instructor who requires multiple copies of books for your students or clients, you can order them through the store at a discount.
Mail Order
Can't make it in? Then phone or email us your order and we will get it out to you as soon as possible. Mailing charges depend on the weight & size of your order. We do not charge a handling fee. You will also receive a free gift if your order is over $25.00.
Return Policy
Don't worry if you change your mind. We will cheerfully exchange your purchase or refund your money within 14 days.
