Calendula Flower - Whole

Calendula (marigold) is associated with the Sun and symbolizes love. Since it is the traditional "he loves me, he loves me not" flower, calendula is often used in wedding bouquets and for love potions & dream pillows. Some cultures hang wreaths or garlands on/over a door to keep negativity from entering. Calendula is antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic and is often added to healing and skin soothing salves.
